There are two ways to activate your Terrible’s+ unique QR code to use in-store or at the pump:
If you had an account on our legacy “Terrible’s Social House” app, be sure to Register on the new Terrible’s+ Rewards app with the same email/phone number. This ensures your point balance will successfully transfer over to the new app experience.

Yes! You can use your Alt-ID (phone number) as an alternate method to earn and redeem Store Points & Rewards. When prompted, type your 10-digit Alt ID number into the keypad at the pump or at the register.
Yes! When prompted at the pump, have your Reward Code ready to scan or enter your 10-digit Alt-ID (phone number) on the pin pad. Activated Rewards will be deducted from your transaction total.
You will earn 2 points for every $1 spent inside the convenience store and 5 points for every 1 gallon of fuel purchased. *Exclusions apply.
Activate a Store Reward in the T+ section of your app. Click on the “Redeem” tab and select the offer you would like to add.
Once you select the offer, it will appear in your “Available Offers” and be deducted from your total the next time you use your Terrible’s+ Rewards.
When redeeming a C-Store Cash Reward, it is encouraged that the transaction total meets or exceeds the active C-Store Cash Rewards available. In the event that a C-Store Cash Reward is partially redeemed, the remaining transaction balance will be used on the next transaction in-store.

No. You must either scan your Reward QR Code or enter your 10-digit Alt-ID number on the pin pad at the register during the transaction to earn or redeem Terrible’s+ Rewards. There is no exception.
A Terrible’s team member will prompt you when to scan your Reward QR Code or enter your 10-digit Alt-ID on the pin pad during the transaction.
Terrible’s+ Rewards can be earned and redeemed inside all Terrible’s locations.
If you do not see a specific Reward, check your Activity tab to see if it expired. If you believe you lost a Reward in error, tap the “More Menu” and submit a Support ticket under the “Feedback” button.
Earn Store Points any way you shop, in-store or out at the pump by scanning your Terrible’s+ Reward QR Code or punching in your 10-digit Alt-ID at the time of purchase.
No. The Terrible’s Social House app is still available, and all of your earned Social Casino Badges and Lucky Bucks earned will remain in your account. Store Points will be transferred over to the new Terrible’s+ Rewards app when you download and use the same email and/or phone number as your original legacy account.
You can redeem Store Points by activating C-Store Cash from within your Store Rewards.
Currently we are not able to stack Terrible’s+ and Chevron Texaco Rewards. We’re working on it!
All promotional or points associated with Terrible’s+ Rewards have an expiration date. Check your Terrible’s+ dashboard for individual details.
Shop, Spin & Win is a promotional Wheel Spin game that is activated when you make a qualifying purchase in-store or at the fuel pump.
Make a qualifying purchase at any participating Terrible’s in-store or at the fuel pump and scan your Reward Code or enter your 10-digit Alt-ID (phone number) on the pin pad. Once a Shop, Spin & Win Wheel has been earned, it will pop up in-app the next time you open it. Or you can select the “Shop, Spin and Win” tab to view any available games. Tap ‘Touch to Activate’ to begin the game. Good luck!
You can qualify and earn one (1) Wheel Spin game for each qualifying transaction you complete in-store or at the fuel pump.
Spend $20 or more in-store or at the fuel pump and scan your app to qualify for a Shop, Spin & Win Wheel Spin. *Excludes: Lottery and gift card purchases.
You will receive a Wheel Spin directly to your phone after a qualifying transaction has been completed. In some instances, you may need to close out of the app and refresh it for the promotional game to appear.
Each Wheel Spin may show a different array of items including, fuel, products and car washes. If you have supplied your age and are over the age of 21, your Wheel Spins may also include age restricted products.
Congrats! Your winnings will be listed within the Shop, Spin and Win tab. Click the (+) next to the product to add the item to your “Available Rewards”. When redeeming a product reward in-store, bring the product to the register, have your Reward Code ready to scan or enter your 10-digit Alt-ID (phone number) on the pin pad. Activated Rewards will be deducted from your transaction total.
Shop, Spin & Win Wheel Spins expire after 10 days.

Unfortunately, there are times when products are out of stock due to a variety of factors, such as supply chain or wholesale partner shortages. Thankfully, we have over 190 participating locations! You cannot substitute winnings at the time. There is no cash value. However, if you win a product that features the word “Family”, this means you can substitute it for an alternate product within the same Product Family. For example, if you won a Coca Cola 20oz Family Product, you could redeem your reward for a Diet Coke 20oz instead.

You can make a qualifying purchase at all Terrible’s Convenience Store locations to earn a Shop, Spin and Win game.
Terrible’s Tuesday is a weekly rewards program available exclusively in the Terrible’s+ Rewards app. Every Tuesday, eligible members can redeem one free item from a menu of over 40 participating products at participating Terrible’s locations.
Terrible’s Tuesday rewards are available every Tuesday from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM local time.
Simply download the free Terrible’s+ Rewards app, create an account, and visit a participating Terrible’s location on Tuesday. Your free item offer will be available in the app. It’s that easy!
No purchase is necessary. Your Terrible’s Tuesday reward is completely free for eligible app members.
Each Terrible’s+ Rewards member may redeem one (1) free item per Tuesday.

Terrible’s Tuesday includes a rotating menu of 40 participating products including beverages, snacks, and other Terrible’s services. The available items may vary by location and availability.
Eligible items include any qualifying product within the participating brand family, unless otherwise specified. A brand family includes all variations of that product, such as regular, diet, zero sugar, or flavor variations.
Example:
If Coca-Cola 20oz is included, Diet Coke 20oz and Coke Zero 20oz are also included.
While we make every effort to ensure all items are available, product availability may vary. If your selected item is unavailable, you may choose another eligible item from the Terrible’s Tuesday menu.
