At Terrible's

Terrible’s+ Rewards is a new loyalty program at Terrible’s! You will now have the ability to earn and redeem Points and access exclusive in-store Deals, Promotions & Rewards at your fingertips.

Earn & redeem Terrible’s+ Rewards in-store at the register. When prompted by a team member, have your Reward Code ready to scan or enter your 10-digit phone number on the pin pad. Activated Rewards will be deducted from your transaction total.

There are two ways to activate the Reward Code to use in-store at the register:

• Tap the “Touch to Scan” button on the Home Screen
• Tap the “Terrible’s+” banner. The Reward Code is featured in the middle of the screen (tapping the Reward Code also enlarges it)

Yes! You can use your phone number as an alternate method to earn and redeem Store Points & Rewards. When prompted, type your 10-digit phone number into the keypad.

Currently, we do not have the functionality to earn and redeem Terrible’s+ Rewards directly at the pump. However, you can earn and redeem Points on in-store fuel purchases.

You immediately earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases; points cannot be earned or redeemed on fuel purchases at the pump, car wash and lottery purchases.

Promotion Rewards: Products & Games

This can include, but is not limited to free drinks, pop-up games (such as Shop, Spin & Win Wheel Spins) and promotional giveaways (Game Day Giveaway entries).

Store Rewards: Points & C-Store Cash

Your centralized “bank” of Points that is accumulated from in-store transactions lives in Store Rewards. Once you’ve earned enough Points you can redeem for a denomination of C-Store Cash.

In the Terrible’s Social House app, tap the Promotion Rewards tab under the Terrible’s+ banner. All available Promotion Rewards will be listed with a description of the product and expiration date. They are immediately activated and available for use. The next time you visit Terrible’s, simply bring the product up to purchase and have your app Reward Code ready to scan. Activated Rewards will be deducted from your transaction total.

In the Terrible’s Social House app, tap the Store Rewards tab under “Terrible’s+”. Tap the “Points Exchange” button located at the bottom of the screen. On the Store Points Exchange page, your available Store Points balance will be listed at the top. Tap the C-Store Cash denomination you would like to activate, confirm and the Points will be deducted from your available Store Points balance. This Reward is now activated and ready for use!

In the Terrible’s Social House app, tap the Store Rewards tab under “Terrible’s+”. All available C-Store Cash Rewards will be listed with an expiration date. The next time you visit Terrible’s, have your Reward Code ready to scan or enter your 10-digit phone number on the pin pad. Activated Rewards will be deducted from your transaction total.

When redeeming a C-Store Cash Reward, it is required that the transaction total meets or exceeds the active C-Store Cash Rewards available. In the event that a C-Store Cash Reward is partially redeemed, the remaining transaction balance will be reverted to Store Points and shown in the History section of the app.

• You may redeem up to five (5) C-Store Cash Rewards per transaction
• Max. $20 C-Store Cash can be redeemed per calendar day

Points listed in the Store Rewards never expire. Once a C-Store Cash denomination has been activated with Points, that C-Store Cash Reward must be used within 60 days. The C-Store Cash Reward will also list the expiration date right underneath the denomination if you forget!

You can review all earned, redeemed, and expired Points, Promotion and Store Rewards in the ‘History’ tab.

No. You must either scan your Reward Code or enter your 10-digit phone number on the pin pad at the register during the transaction to earn or redeem Terrible’s+ Rewards. There is no exception.

A Terrible’s team member will prompt you when to scan your Reward Code or enter your 10-digit phone number on the pin pad during the transaction.

Terrible’s+ Rewards can be earned and redeemed inside all Terrible’s convenience store locations except the following:

If you do not see a specific Reward, check your History tab to see if it expired. If you believe you lost a Reward in error, tap the Settings banner and submit a Support ticket.

Earn Store Points any way you shop, in-store or out at the pump by scanning your Terrible’s Social House Reward Code or punching in your 10-digit Loyalty ID at the time of purchase.

You can redeem Store Points by activating C-Store Cash from within your Store Rewards.

Currently we are not able to stack Terrible’s+ and Chevron Texaco Rewards.

Before you pump your gas, exchange your Points in Store Rewards for C-Store Cash. Once your C-Store Cash is activated, scan your Terrible’s Social House Reward Code or punch in your 10-digit Reward ID at the time of purchase.

Any unused points will be reflected in your History tab as “Refunded” and will appear back in your total Store points.
